Accountable to:
Area Director of Partnerships
- £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on-target earnings.
- £25,000 to £27,500 basic salary per year, dependent on experience.
- Uncapped commission scheme.

Unlike some hybrid or self-employed roles, support for you to succeed is considerable. With local branch hub teams to assist you, central lead management and concierge telephony support.

In this fully employed position, our Partners are given the flexibility of a self-employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.
SupportNot a self-employed position, which means we can provide our Partners endless support to grow a successful business. This will include learning and development, support from a local property centre, industry-leading technology and marketing to raise your brand awareness locally.
Our PartnersThe best partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best estate agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their own personal brand and most importantly offering their customers an experience they can rave about.
