The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys (Level 1 and Level
2) Produce accurate and professional survey reports using market-leading technology Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the surveying process Meet personal income and productivity targets Attend and contribute to regional meetings and team initiatives Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Residential Surveyor Requirements Experience working as a Residential Surveyor AssocRICS qualification or higher preferred Strong understanding of residential surveys and valuation reports Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Comfortable working within a fast-paced and professional environment What's on Offer?
