We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly respected and successful surveying practice, operating within a fixed geographical area across the Isle of Wight. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor seeking a part-time position with the flexibility of remote working, supported by a well-established business with a strong reputation in the residential property sector.

The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
Conduct residential valuation reports and private home surveys (Level 1 and Level
2) Produce accurate, professional survey reports using industry-leading technology Manage your workload efficiently within a fixed geographical area Deliver excellent customer service throughout the survey process Meet personal income and productivity targets Attend and contribute to regional meetings and team initiatives Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements Residential Surveyor Requirements:
Experience working as a Residential Surveyor AssocRICS qualification or higher preferred Strong knowledge of residential surveys and valuation reports Excellent customer service and communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage your own diary effectively Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Comfortable working within a fast-paced and professional environment What's on Offer?
