The Role
As an Entrepreneur In Residence with a founder’s DNA, you will ideate, validate, and navigate new products from concept to market.

Responsibilities

Spot opportunities & validate ideas through research, interviews, and fast MVPs.

Run lean experiments with landing pages, prototypes, and no‑code tools.

Lead cross‑functional squads (Product, Tech, Marketing, Sales) as an internal startup.

Own go‑to‑market & early adoption, from positioning to first deals.

Track KPIs & pivot fast, turning insights into growth.

Drive end‑to‑end execution, taking products from 0 to MVP to initial traction.

Requirements

Sales & GTM skills – able to sell even an MVP, including cold calls, demos, closing deals, and writing compelling copy.

Product execution experience – problem validation, rapid MVP building (incl. no‑code), clear roadmaps, and data‑driven decisions.

Track record – 3+ years in startups or scale‑ups, 2–3 years in GTM‑heavy or founder‑like roles, proven success taking products from 0 to 1.

Bonus – background in Hospitality Tech, HR Tech, or Fintech.

Languages – fluent English + professional Italian.
