Account Manager – Northern Ireland About Your New Employer

- As an Account Manager,
you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships across Northern Ireland. - You will proactively generate leads, confidently reach out to prospects (including cold calls), and close new business opportunities.
- You will handle the full sales cycle—from initial contact, presenting solutions, and negotiating terms, to delivering tailored proposals and contracts.
- You will use CRM tools to plan and track your activities, ensuring a full pipeline and achievement of set targets.
- You will develop long‑term partnerships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and staying ahead of market trends with targeted campaigns.
- A results-driven and proactive attitude—you're motivated by new challenges and thrive on winning new business.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; you can connect and engage with diverse customers.
- Strength in both business development and account management (“hunter” and “farmer” mind‑set).
- Curiosity, initiative, and a strong focus on providing value and sustainable solutions.
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but drive and motivation are key.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote role covering Northern Ireland.
