Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) Manager

Location
Netherlands (Hybrid/Flexible)

Reporting To
Sales Leadership / CFO

The Role
This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role. You are the bridge between Sales, Finance, and Operations. While our technical team handles the backend Hub Spot configuration, you own the functional strategy. You will define how we use our tools to win, ensure our data is bulletproof, and most importantly hold our sales teams accountable to their targets.

Your Mission

Drive Commercial Accountability:
Monitor weekly order intake and pipeline health. You don't just report the numbers, you translate them into immediate action plans and push for execution across our sales reps across the Netherlands and Germany.

Functional Hub Spot Lead:
Direct our ongoing CRM migration strategy to maximize automation and output. You will champion data discipline, ensuring our pipeline stays accurate and our reporting remains bulletproof.

Finance & Business Control Bridge:
Align with the Finance team on monthly reporting, pricing structures, and project margins. Ensure that what we sell is profitable and correctly tracked.

Unification of Acquired Entities:
Standardize processes and contracting across our 13 acquired companies to create one “Ignite way of working.”

AI &

Innovation: Proactively identify ways to leverage AI within the sales funnel to improve efficiency and forecasting accuracy.

Who You Are

A “Driver” Mentality:
You don't wait for things to happen; you make them happen. You identify gaps in the process, pick up the phone, and solve problems in real‑time. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment where the gap between a new idea and execution is very short.

Commercial & Financial Bridge:
You have a solid background in Sales Ops or Rev Ops. You can take complex data and translate it into a clear action plan that helps the sales team hit their weekly order intake targets.

CRM Strategic Knowledge:
You have deep experience with Hub Spot or Salesforce. While you aren’t the one doing the technical backend work, you know exactly how the system should be structured to support a high‑growth sales organization.

Accountability & Influence:
You are comfortable holding teams to a high standard. You have the professional confidence to challenge the status quo, ensure data hygiene is a priority, and keep the sales force focused on the right metrics.

Change Resilience:
We are in the middle of a major digital transformation while also integrating various newly acquired companies. You are someone who can navigate this complexity and help build a unified “way of working” across the group.

Analytical Focus:
You know how to turn raw data into business intelligence. You bridge the gap between sales activity and financial reporting, ensuring management always has an accurate view of the pipeline.

The Essentials:
Based in the Netherlands, fluent in English, and comfortable with occasional travel to our various locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Dutch language skills are a plus.
