International Admission Advisor

Job Description
Rome Business School is looking for a resilient and persuasive International Admission Advisor to join the Admissions Department.

You will work within an international team as a point of reference for students, by guiding them throughout their educational path and supporting them in choosing their annual professional master’s program (online or on campus).

What you will do

Engage with international students

Help them explore academic options and encourage them to choose the educational path best suited to them

Achieve weekly and monthly goals by collaborating with the team leader

What we offer

Base salary: €18 452,85/year + commissions (with the possibility to earn up to €45K)

Full‑time fixed‑term contract for an initial 6 months

Working hours:

10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Mon–Fri)

Two days of remote work per week after completing the training period

Important information for international candidates

Visa sponsorship is not provided. Candidates must hold a valid permit to work full‑time in Italy.

Student residence permits are not accepted for this role.

Contract type : 6‑month fixed‑term contract with possibility of extension, full‑time.

Salary range : €18 452,85 – €45 000.00 per year.

Work location :
Rome, Lazio (Prati area).

Start date : ASAP.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Fluent in English and Italian languages

No specific experience required

Experience in customer service or consultative B2C sales is a plus

Empathy, discipline, and positive attitude are required

Candidates must be residents in Rome
