Join DSC as a Sales Development Representative in Vancouver, BC, driving new business in a remote work setup. Focus on outbound sales to technical leaders and decision-makers.
DSC is looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to work under the Sales Manager. This role targets senior executives, facilitating engagement and building robust sales pipelines. Benefit from provided scripts, targeted lists, and comprehensive training to excel in this challenging position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make 30 to 40 outbound calls daily to CTOs and engineering leaders
• Schedule qualified meetings, maintaining a healthy pipeline
• Coordinate RFP and RFQ submissions bi-weekly
• Actively participate in Vancouver's networking events
• Research accounts thoroughly before outreach
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B higher-ticket sales
• Proven ability to engage senior buyers effectively
• Solid business knowledge and curiosity about accounts
• High-ownership mindset and coachability
• Experience with consultative selling processes
