Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• 7+ years of leadership in contact centers or inside sales
• Experience driving conversion rates and operational success
• Strong people management and analytical skills
• Familiarity with CRM and contact center technologies
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant leadership experience
