Junior Territory Sales Manager – Hertfordshire & Essex (South)Applicants must reside within this territory.
Meet the team:You will join Dexcom’s UK & Ireland Field Sales team, supporting the Diabetes market across Primary & Secondary Care within Hertfordshire and Essex (South). This team plays a critical role in expanding access to Dexcom CGM technology by partnering with healthcare professionals, navigating local market access pathways, and improving outcomes for people living with diabetes.
Where you come in:- Drive recommendations and adoption of Dexcom CGM products across Community and Primary Care settings
- Support implementation of local ICS/CCG real‑time CGM policies by driving new patient initiations and appropriate switches from competitor technologies
- Build effective relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision makers, and internal Dexcom stakeholders to deliver territory objectives
- Provide product training and in‑servicing to relevant HCPs using innovative and compliant engagement methods
- Manage your territory strategically, prioritising accounts and activities based on customer and business needs
- Use CRM and available data insights daily to identify opportunities, track activity, and support sustainable sales growth
- Contribute to increasing Dexcom market share and achieving sensor sales targets in line with company expectations and values
- Some experience in healthcare, a comparable commercial environment, or strong transferable sales experience
- Clear interest in developing a long‑term career in medical sales and diabetes care
- Comfortable learning and applying clinical, product, selling, and market access knowledge
- Experience using data to plan activity, manage priorities, and optimise territory effectiveness
- Confident using standard IT tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn CRM systems
- Strong communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skills
- Full UK driving licence (with no more than 3 points)
- Exposure to diabetes, medical devices, or the NHS environment
- Experience supporting Primary or Community Care accounts
- A degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field, or evidence of relevant professional development

Experience andEducation Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
Remote Workplace:Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site a hybrid working environment may be available.
