Location: Hybrid – home-based with required visits to Kerv Digital office/customer sites. UK HQ, Seven House, 18 High Street, Longbridge, B31 2UQ

We are seeking a high‑energy sales professional with a demonstrable track record in software and solution selling, ideally within the Housing and Property sector. The successful candidate will sell Microsoft business applications, open‑source, and AWS software solutions, and professional services across a range of Housing and Property customers including housing associations, local authorities, property developers, estate and lettings agencies, and property management organisations.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Prospect new business, qualify opportunities, construct and execute complex selling campaigns.
- Lead virtual teams and manage the sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Contribute to Proposition/Bid writing and pursue structured procurement processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and pre‑sales teams on Go‑To‑Market strategy.
- 5‑10+ years of success selling professional services and cloud software solutions to enterprise clients.
- Extensive experience leading major sales campaigns involving C‑suite engagement with deal values £500k‑£2M+.
- Experience selling software design, development/build, and test professional services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft business applications and Azure solutions.
- Experience with open‑source and AWS‑based software solutions.
- Knowledge of solution selling in the Housing and Property sector.
- Track record of building and executing opportunity, account, and territory sales plans.
- Consultative, relationship‑based sales approach that builds sustainable success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Degree‑level education.
- Broad IT industry experience enabling cross‑selling Kerv Group products.
- Self‑directed yet collaborative when support is needed.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage escalations and secure win‑win outcomes.
