Based in Hampshire, the team work primarily in the studio with flexibility to work from home when possible.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to become the most senior client-facing member of the team, reporting directly to the Founder and CEO.

This is a pivotal role that combines strategic client leadership with hands‑on account management. You’ll take ownership of key client relationships, acting as the trusted day-to-day and senior strategic contact while ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, profitably and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities
  • Leading and developing senior client relationships.
  • Facilitating workshops, strategic discussions and brand development initiatives.
  • Managing day-to-day client communications and account administration.
  • Coordinating project timelines, meetings, status updates and purchase orders.
  • Taking ownership of new client onboarding and account set-up.
  • Presenting recommendations and solutions confidently to clients.
  • Managing conversations around scope, budgets and feedback.
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth while protecting commercial margins.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and proactively resolving issues before they escape.
  • Collaborating closely with project management, creative, strategy and production teams to ensure successful delivery.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Has proven experience in a Senior Account Manager, Client Services or Client Leadership role within a creative, marketing or branding agency environment.
  • Is confident building trusted client relationships and leading strategic conversations.
  • Has experience managing both the commercial and delivery aspects of client accounts.
  • Needs to be comfortable navigating challenging conversations around budgets, scope, timelines and feedback.
  • Balances strategic thinking with hands‑on account management and day-to-day delivery oversight.
  • Is calm, composed and solutions‑focused under pressure, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
