Job Description – Property Sales Assistant (261163)

Salary £27,500 per annum (£13.45 per hour).

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), hybrid working.

Newcastle upon Tyne.

We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome (and growing) team. The Statutory Sales and Resales team helps our customers achieve their home ownership goals. We’re based at our Head Office in Newcastle upon Tyne and our London office, but we look after all customers across the country.

• Help the team with admin support and serve as the first point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues—both internal and external—as well as with customers.
• Perform day‑to‑day operational tasks to support the sales process.
• Work in a hybrid role: 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne office and 3 days working from home.

• A real people person with superb customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy supporting people—colleagues or customers—using high standards, timely and methodical delivery.
• Logical, with great attention to detail, and follow set procedures accurately.
• Comfortable working with digital marketing media and using excellent IT skills to benefit the team.
• Past experience in a customer‑centric or property sales and marketing environment.
