Our client is a leading Asset Finance provider. They operate in all sectors including:

This is a home based role with a competitive base salary, company car/car allowance and strong bonus scheme.

They are looking for a Business Development Manager to prospect, develop and ultimately win quality new business and customers for the company in line with agreed objectives. Working to improve the company's market position and achieve financial growth. They are open on level of experience and will provide support for those who are developing their career in Asset Finance.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities for the company.
  • Win quality new customers in line with agreed objectives.
  • Improve the company's market position and achieve financial growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support asset finance deals.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Recent and relevant sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales growth.
  • Ability to calculate the mechanics of an Asset Finance deal.
  • Good understanding of SME/Business finance.
  • Understanding of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
  • Strong personal organisation, able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines, work well under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good telephone manner.
  • Awareness of GDPR regulations.
  • Drive for continual personal improvement, honesty and integrity.
