• Manage inbound calls and queries from Dutch‑speaking customers, delivering outstanding support and information.
• Employ a soft sales methodology to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Establish and nurture long‑lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to refine sales approaches and enhance overall customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training sessions to further develop your sales skills and product familiarity.

• Proficiency in Dutch (oral and written) is mandatory;
  English language skills are a plus.
• Prior experience in a customer service, sales, or related role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on building strong client relationships.
• Self‑motivated with effective time management skills and the ability to meet targets.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking is beneficial.
• Possess a positive, empathetic attitude with a strong desire to assist customers.
• Must be open to relocating and living in Bulgaria.
