Position: Sales and Trade Marketing Executive

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

Salary: Strong basic + bonus and car or car allowance

Hours: Monday - Friday (Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days home working with travel)

Experience: Sales, Account Management, Trade Marketing, E-commerce, Category, B2B, Customer Relationships, P&L, Reporting, Microsoft Office, Power Point

The Opportunity

As Sales and Trade Marketing Executive you will take full ownership of a portfolio of e-commerce accounts, delivering high‑quality, consistent trade marketing content to support the sales team. The role suits someone who is confident with numbers, comfortable taking accountability for revenue and profitability, and able to act as a marketing support for customer‑facing teams by ensuring all content is clear, accurate and aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key e‑commerce customers.
  • Monitor performance data, enhance product listings and support new product activations.
  • Ensure online content reflects best practice.
  • Produce customer‑ready sales presentations and support sales colleagues with reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Manage core trade marketing assets and prepare insight‑led decks for internal and external meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, account management, trade marketing or a comparable commercial role, ideally with exposure to e‑commerce.
  • Comfortable working with financials, including revenue, profitability and budget‑related decision‑making.
  • Good understanding of online platforms and how to optimise product content (copy, imagery, SEO, enhanced content).
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects at once.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales or market data.
  • Clear, professional written communication and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a positive attitude, comfortable working cross‑functionally and finding solutions.
