As part of an ambitious growth strategy, the organisation is seeking a Business Development Leader to drive commercial expansion across the UK and Scandinavia.
This is an impactful leadership position, offering the opportunity to shape market strategy, lead a talented business development team, and play a pivotal role in expanding the company's presence within the HVAC sector.
The RoleReporting into the senior commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Business Development Managers while driving growth across key strategic markets.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and executing growth strategies across the UK and Nordic regions.
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Business Development Managers.
- Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within HVAC and related industrial sectors.
- Building relationships with OEMs, consultants, distributors, integrators, and end user customers.
- Driving market penetration and increasing brand presence across target sectors.
- Working closely with product management, engineering, and international commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Delivering against revenue, profitability, and business growth objectives.
We are looking for a commercially driven leader with a strong technical sales or business development background within industrial technology such as motors, drives or controls and HVAC related markets.
Your Background- Proven experience leading commercial, sales, or business development teams.
- A strong background in HVAC and Drives, Motors or Controls
- Experience developing business across complex B2B sales environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- The ability to influence both internal and external partners at a senior level.
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions would be advantageous.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to driving results.
