In order to support these activities, we are currently seeking a Key Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities of Role:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market access for NIOX – our innovative FeNO testing solution – across key NHS and private healthcare settings.

In this strategic role, you will develop and maintain trusted relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, influence procurement and funding decisions, and ensure the integration of NIOX within relevant care pathways.

You will lead strategic account development, optimise product positioning, and consistently exceed sales targets across your designated region and customer segments.

As a key member of the UK Commercial Team, you will also contribute to broader business planning and execution, playing a vital role in supporting the growth and long-term success of NIOX across the UK.

· Develop and execute tailored territory account plans aligned with business objectives, market dynamics, and customer needs.

· Drive NIOX adoption by implementing strategic and tactical plans across hospitals, ICBs, PCNs, and Primary Care settings.

· Engage a broad range of stakeholders, including clinicians, procurement leads, service managers, and pathway redesign teams, to build trusted, value-based partnerships.

· Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across Primary Care, Secondary Care, private healthcare, pharmacy, and emerging channels.

· Deliver high-impact presentations, demonstrations, and training to clinical decision-makers and frontline users, effectively communicating the NIOX value proposition.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and customer service teams to ensure aligned messaging and deliver value-based selling.

· Identify and mobilise key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinical advocates to raise awareness of FeNO testing and position NIOX as the preferred solution.

· Prospect and initiate contact with new accounts and channels, identifying routes to access and secure business across a range of sectors including Primary Care, pharmacy, Secondary Care, and private healthcare.

· Monitor competitor activity, NHS trends, and evolving market dynamics, adapting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reporting.

· Work closely with your manager to set, track, and regularly review sales performance targets, taking proactive steps to meet or exceed objectives.

· Ensure seamless customer onboarding and handover to customer service and inside sales teams, delivering a positive, consistent experience throughout the account lifecycle.

· Leverage digital tools and virtual engagement, while balancing this with high-impact, face-to-face interactions.

  • Maintain strong commercial acumen and therapy area expertise, with up-to-date knowledge of FeNO testing, asthma care pathways, and NHS commissioning structures.

Qualifications and/or experience required to perform the role:

· A business or other relevant undergraduate degree, or equivalent education.

· Proven track record of sales growth and success in the medical device sector, with demonstrable experience in managing and expanding key accounts.

· Experience contributing to the development and execution of aligned business plans, with evidence of successful implementation and measurable outcomes.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to quickly understand and navigate the healthcare industry, including reimbursement processes and the payer/provider landscape in the assigned markets.

· Highly motivated self-starter…
