About the roleWe are looking for a UK-based Channel Manager to lead and grow our global reseller channel from our Warrington headquarters.
In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening relationships with our resellers (currently in over 50 countries), driving revenue through the channel, and enabling resellers to successfully position and sell Drive Works solutions.
In addition to managing key reseller relationships, you will lead a team focused on reseller success and channel growth, ensuring partners receive the support, training, and strategic guidance necessary to succeed. Your team will include 4 team members based in the UK at our headquarters, and 3 international team members working remotely.
You will work closely with channel, marketing, revenue operations, technical pre‑sales and customer success teams to ensure partners are fully equipped to generate pipeline, close deals, and deliver value to customers.
Key responsibilities- Manage and grow relationships with existing Drive Works resellers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team, setting clear objectives and supporting professional development.
- Develop, execute and achieve reseller growth plans aligned with company targets.
- Enable resellers through training and sales support.
- Work with resellers to build pipeline and develop opportunities.
- Monitor reseller performance against sales targets and provide coaching, guidance, and support.
- Implement improvement plans for underperforming resellers.
- Collaborate with marketing on partner campaigns, events, and go‑to‑market activities.
- Represent Drive Works at global reseller events and exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Identify and onboard new resellers in emerging markets.
- Proven experience within the technology industry, in channel sales, partner management, or reseller sales.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑growing technology environment.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills across different levels of a business.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven record for managing a team.
- Experience with in the CAD industry. Any CAD industry knowledge would be advantageous, but our focus is on SOLIDWORKS.
- Experience working with an international reseller network.
