This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Account Executive based in United Kingdom.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive enterprise sales across Western Europe by helping organizations transform their customer experience through innovative AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will own the entire sales cycle, from strategic prospecting to contract negotiation and closing, while building trusted relationships with senior business leaders. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and high-growth environment, you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that create measurable business value.

The position offers significant autonomy, exposure to enterprise decision-makers, and the opportunity to contribute directly to the expansion of a market-leading technology platform.

Accountabilities
  • Identify, engage, and acquire new enterprise customers across Western Europe, with a primary focus on the French market.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to build a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and decision-makers by adopting a consultative, value-driven sales approach that aligns technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Develop compelling business cases and ROI models that support digital transformation initiatives and customer investment decisions.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and complex enterprise procurement processes.
  • Collaborate closely with business development, pre-sales, marketing, product, finance, leadership, and partner teams to maximize sales success.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations, customer presentations, and participate in industry events and trade shows.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer activity, and pipeline management through consistent CRM usage.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior or Enterprise Account Executive with a successful track record selling SaaS solutions to enterprise organizations.
  • Experience selling within customer experience, contact center technologies, conversational AI, or related enterprise software markets is highly desirable.
  • Strong business development and hunting mindset with demonstrated success acquiring new enterprise customers.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving senior executives, including SVP and C-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the discipline to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and leveraging partner ecosystems throughout the sales process.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and structured pipeline management.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required.
  • Additional proficiency in German or Spanish is considered an advantage.
