Marsh in Leeds is seeking a Sales Team Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Sales Advisors focused on meeting clients’ commercial insurance needs, from sole proprietors to SMEs.
You will oversee day-to-day performance and contribute to strategic decisions while ensuring FCA guidelines are followed and working with an approved panel of insurers. The role is hybrid, split between the Leeds office and remote work as appropriate.
