Associate, Client Services - Swedish Speaker

Overview

As a Client Services Associate, you will develop commercial awareness and business acumen to support long-term careers in sales, account management, leadership, research, and more. We promote from within, with top performers moving into management in as little as two years.

• Own projects end-to-end, understand client needs, and schedule high-calibre expert calls.
• Cold-call and engage experts across industries, overcome objections, and win buy-in.
• Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously with speed and accuracy.
• Learn rapidly to gain broad knowledge of markets, business models, and regulations.
• Cross-sell the full range of Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory, and 1-1 calls.

• Commercial edge:
  Sales, negotiation, relationship-building, and early leadership skills.
• Client exposure:
  Work with leading private equity firms, hedge funds, and consultancies.
• Clear progression:
  Managers typically start as Associates; promotion possible within 2 years.

• Business fluency in Swedish (written and oral – Level C1 and above).
• Strong intellectual ability, ambition, leadership or extracurricular experience, and grit from internships or work experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, pick up the phone, and start conversations.
• Curiosity, quick learning, and the ability to solve complex problems; resilient and motivated to exceed goals.
