We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Broker to join our growing sales team based in Surrey.

This is a hybrid position, offering a combination of office-based and remote working.

As a Junior Broker, you will play a key role in the sales process by engaging with inbound leads, qualifying prospective clients, and introducing them to our range of investment products. Your primary objective will be to identify suitable opportunities and schedule qualified appointments for our senior sales team to progress and close.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced telesales professional looking to develop a career within the financial and investment sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and engage with inbound enquiries via telephone.
  • Qualify prospective clients based on predefined criteria.
  • Introduce and explain the company's investment products and services.
  • Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.
  • Gather and accurately record client information within the CRM system.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and hand over opportunities to senior brokers.
  • Meet and exceed individual call, qualification, and appointment-setting targets.
  • Maintain a high level of compliance and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous telesales, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience is essential.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a positive and resilient attitude.
  • Excellent listening and objection-handling abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
