Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to local businesses and residential prospects
- Collect and maintain accurate contact data (businesses, facilities, property managers)
- Book appointments and follow‑up meetings for the sales team
- Identify new business opportunities in the cleaning sector
- Enter and manage data in spreadsheets or CRM tools
- Report weekly on outreach progress and results
- Support marketing efforts with insights from the field
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self‑motivated and proactive approach to work
- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, online tools)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Fluent in English
- Residing in the UK with right to work
- Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation
- Familiarity with the cleaning or facilities management industry
- Experience using CRM software or online booking tools
- Ability to visit local businesses in‑person (if needed)
- Additional languages (to support multicultural outreach)
- Flexible work setup – choose to work from home, in the field, or a mix of both
