Manager, Mid Market UK&I

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Team: Mid Market, UK&I

About the Role

This role leads our Inside Sales team of eight Mid Market Account Executives selling into the UK&I market, helping expand our business and grow our customer base.

In this Role
  • Mentor, coach, and develop Senior Account Executives — from outbound cold calling through conversion, deal close, and quota over‑attainment
  • Support deal progression and negotiation live, across the team
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing/Growth and Account Development leadership to ensure quality lead volume for the UK&I Inside Sales team
  • Work cross‑functionally with Sales Engineering, Finance, and Order Operations to keep deal flow smooth
  • Identify opportunities and lead initiatives that grow the business across the UK&I market
  • Champion and role‑model Samsara’s cultural principles — Obsess Over the Customer, Build for the Long Term, Growth Mindset, Inclusivity, Winning as a Team — as we scale globally and across new offices
  • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high‑performing team
Minimum Requirements
  • 6+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years managing a team (preferred)
  • Deep understanding of  (SFDC) and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
  • Strong strategic problem‑solving, project management, interpersonal, and team management skills
  • Proven track record of over achievement, including experience coaching a team on outbounding
  • Experience with a Proof of Concept or Trial sales motion
  • Comfort giving upward feedback
