About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking a high-impact, revenue-driven Account Executive /Business Developer to drive growth across the Financial Services Insights & Data practice. This role is focused on origination and deal creation-identifying new opportunities, opening doors, and converting them into high-value engagements centred on Data, Insights, and AI transformation. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by winning new logos, growing strategic accounts, and shaping complex data-led deals.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

  • Hunting & Opportunity Creation.
  • Proactively identify, originate, and close new business opportunities.
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition and expand existing client relationships.
  • Revenue & Sales Ownership.
  • Own and deliver against ambitious revenue targets for Insights & Data services.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from first contact through to deal closure.
  • Shape and close large, complex, multi-million-pound engagements.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders (CDO, CIO, CRO, Heads of Data/AI).
  • Act as a strategic advisor on data-driven transformation and AI adoption.
  • This is a front-line growth role where success is defined by pipeline creation, deal conversion, and revenue impact.

Skills:

  • A natural hunter with a strong track record of winning new business.
  • Consulting and Financial Services experience.
  • Highly commercial and target-driven, with consistent over achievement.
  • Experienced in selling Data, Analytics, or AI-led services within Financial Services.
  • Confident influencing senior client stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resilient, and energised by creating opportunities from scratch.
  • Passionate about the power of insights and data to transform business.
