IT Account Executive (Entry level) Manchester (Hybrid) £25K  Comms (£30-32K OTE) September 1st start date | Limited spaces available Looking for ambitious graduates or high-achieving individuals ready to build a career in tech sales. Full training, rapid progression, and uncapped earnings. As an Account Executive, you’ll be the face of Bechtle for your customers, building confidence quickly through structured training and hands-on coaching from day one.

Job Role Responsibilities Run your own desk like a business - take ownership, make decisions, and see the impact of your work Prospect through calls, email, Linked In, and creative outreach that helps you stand out Work a large, opportunity-rich territory across the North of the UK Build and develop your own pipeline and customer base from scratch Develop key skills including rapport building, commercial thinking, and adaptability Work as part of a growing Manchester team, supported by a well-established global business Receive full training and ongoing coaching - no prior sales experience required
