The opportunity

This is not a desk job. As an Associate Client Executive, you’ll work alongside experienced Client Executives and brokers, diving into real client relationships from day one. You’ll own pieces of the process, build credibility with clients, and develop the commercial mindset that separates good professionals from great ones.

You’ll have hands‑on exposure across broking, placement, client engagement and internal operations. You’ll make things happen, learn how deals close, understand what clients really need, and develop skills that will define your career. We’re looking for someone ready to challenge themselves, put in the work, and build something meaningful.

What you’ll actually do
  • Own pieces of client relationships: attend meetings, prepare briefs, follow up on deliverables, and be a trusted point of contact for clients.
  • Drive renewals and insurance placements—coordinate with brokers, manage timelines, and ensure flawless execution under pressure.
  • Build and maintain client knowledge: manage records, track policies, monitor claims and updates, and keep everything organized and accessible.
  • Work with the market: coordinate with placement brokers, understand market dynamics, and help position our clients competitively.
  • Collaborate across teams: work with Operations, Sales, BCS and our regional hub (EBSC) to deliver results and solve real problems.
  • Support commercial activities: help identify opportunities, prepare proposals, onboard new clients, and contribute to business growth.
  • Take ownership of quality: maintain rigorous data control, identify process improvements, and set the standard for how things get done.
  • Learn the business: ask questions, understand the "why" behind decisions, and develop judgment that goes beyond task execution.
Who we’re looking for

You don’t need to have everything figured out — you need hunger, judgment, and the drive to get better every day.

  • Some experience in insurance, client service, account management or a related field — or relevant academic background with demonstrable commercial interest. We care more about your trajectory than your perfect résumé.
  • Structured and detail-oriented — you understand that in client-facing work, small things matter, and you take pride in getting them right.
  • Proactive and resourceful — you identify what needs to happen and you make it happen. You don’t wait to be told.
  • Strong interpersonal skills — you can build relationships quickly with clients, brokers and colleagues. You’re professional but personable.
  • Comfortable with complexity and pace — you can juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines under pressure, and stay organized when things move fast.
  • Intellectually curious — you want to understand how businesses work, what clients need, and why decisions matter. You ask good questions.
  • Strong with Microsoft Office — Excel, PowerPoint — and you’re comfortable learning new platforms and systems quickly.
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • IDD licence is required, but we can help you get it if you don’t have it yet.
