As our new National Sales Manager, WU, you will be spearheading customer success including our digital portfolio across the UK and Ireland, building strong relationships with key accounts and driving adoption of Grundfos's solutions within the Water Utility segment. As a key part of the Water Utility Sales team, you'll create impact by accelerating digital transformation for water utility customers by connecting them with innovative Grundfos solutions that improve efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance.

• Drive digital customer success by ensuring water utility clients fully adopt and derive value from Grundfos digital offerings
• Develop and execute area sales strategies to grow revenue and market share within the UK and Ireland Water Utility segment
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision‑makers across water utility organisations
• Collaborate with internal teams including product management, service, and technical support to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Analyse market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
• Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to post‑sale success

Above all, you are a commercially driven sales professional with a strong digital mindset, deep understanding of the water utility sector, and a proven ability to champion customer success.

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in water utilities, infrastructure, or related industrial sectors
• Demonstrated track record of managing key accounts and delivering revenue growth targets
• Strong understanding of digital solutions, IoT, or SaaS‑based platforms in a municipal context
• Excellent stakeholder management and consultative selling skills

• Experience with pump systems, water treatment, or water network management solutions
• Familiarity with customer success methodologies and digital adoption frameworks
• Degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline
