National Sales Manager

Job Overview

Fire and Security Sales Manager (Win and Manage National Accounts – Fire and Security). Based in the UK, can work from home; office in Midlands HQ.

Salary: £50,000‑£60,000 basic + £750 per month car allowance + uncapped OTE. Target earnings > £100,000.

• Sell and win national and multisite Fire Alarm or Electronic Security maintenance contracts, including chains of shops, hotels, and national accounts.
• Generate more than £750,000 of sales per year.
• Negotiate and close contracts with organisations such as BAFE, NACOSS, SSAIB, FIA, and other industry partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with 1st and 2nd tier national accounts and multisite customers.
• Collaborate with UK Service Engineers to promote and deliver maintenance packages and support services.
• Take advantage of quick decision‑making from the Managing Director.

• Proven service‑sales experience in Fire Alarm or Electronic Security maintenance contracts.
• Experience managing or sourcing national or multisite contracts.
• Background with BAFE, NACOSS, SSAIB, FIA or a similar fire and security maintenance provider.
• Strong communication, negotiation and business‑development skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
