Key Responsibilities:

Engage prospective investors to understand their financial objectives and long-term strategy Handle inbound enquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence Build and manage a strong pipeline, nurturing long-term relationships built on trust Guide clients through decision-making, negotiation and completion Conduct virtual consultations and present tailored investment options Communicate clear rationale and analysis behind every recommendation Follow a structured qualification and advisory process to ensure aligned, evidence-based guidance

What we're looking for:

Direct experience selling UK Residential Off-Plan & Specialist Supported Housing Minimum 3 years of proven performance in property investment sales Ability to manage a pipeline effectively, identify buying signals, and close consistently Comfortable selling fully remotely via calls, email, video and screenshare Ambition to progress into a future Sales Manager role
