Business Development Associate

Summary

The Business Development Associate is the entry point to a rewarding career at Notified.

This role will be based in our London office located at 1 Finsbury Market. The position offers in‑person collaboration and flexibility to work from home (four days a week).

• Develop sales opportunities through extensive cold‑calling activities and other outreach tactics to turn prospective customers into qualified sales opportunities.
• Maintain established daily call volumes and work hard to reach targets.
• Carefully and accurately document leads and appointments through the CRM, ensuring  hygiene to forecast and track meetings.

• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with major coursework in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 3 months of previous B2B sales experience, demonstrating tenacity, resilience, and achievement.
• Strong communication skills – you must love talking to people via phone.
• Hunger to learn and develop, with personal drive and ambition.

Base salary of 30,000 GBP, commensurate with experience, plus variable commissions of up to 14,300 GBP.
