Simply Biz PLC in Huddersfield is seeking a Telephone Account Manager (Mortgages) to support mortgage advisers by phone and email, helping them access value from their membership. The role includes training and development in a supportive Helpdesk environment, with a hybrid working pattern (office 3 days a week, home 2 days).
You’ll be trained to navigate queries, promote services and grow advisers’ businesses while building strong relationships with lender and provider partners.
