Overview

Field Sales Consultant – Your Way – Home/Field Based - London Temple Upto £40,000 with fantastic bonuses, company car or car allowance & home-based contract & excellent company benefits.

• Win and maximise business in your own dedicated neighbourhood (approximately one square mile).
• Research target audience and opportunities in your neighbourhood.
• Build and leverage strong customer relationships through constant selling, face-to-face meetings, and understanding customer needs.
• Onboard new customers effectively and maintain close working relationships with existing accounts; track activity using Salesforce.
• Work with your distribution partner/driver to create a strong team for the community.
• Deliver profitable volume growth and hit targets.
• Monitor competitor and Independent market activity around your neighbourhood and propositions to offer our customers the best solutions and insights.
• Aim to win new business and maximise sales through existing customers.

• Experience in Field Sales or Account Management preferred; commercially astute.
• Proficient in Excel and in building and maintaining relationships.
• Passion for sales.
• Food industry background is advantageous but not essential.
