Part‑time | Remote First | 2‑4 Days per month in person (Looe)

We’re looking for a proactive, organized individual to help drive the engine of our sales activity: identifying opportunities, keeping momentum high, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

This is a hands‑on role focused on supporting lead generation, outreach and follow‑up, helping us stay consistent and build a strong pipeline.

• Researching target companies and contacts
• Keeping CRM (Hub Spot) up to date and organized
• Tracking follow‑ups and making sure nothing slips

This is supportive, not the core focus.

• Junior commercial support role, ideal for someone who:
• Likes keeping things moving
• Is comfortable with structured tasks and processes
• Wants exposure to sales and marketing in a growing business

• Organised and proactive
• Communicate clearly in writing
• Comfortable using tools like Hub Spot or willing to learn
• Take pride in keeping things accurate and up to date
• Take ownership of your work and enjoy being relied upon to keep things moving
• CRM systems (especially Hub Spot)

• Work directly with a founder who has delivered multi‑million‑pound programmes and bids
• Scope to grow the role over time as the business continues to expand
