Senior Sales Manager: East Midlands​/Midlands

• Territory Development:
  Own and develop the Midlands / East Midlands sales territory
• Strategic Sales & Account Growth:
  Identify, approach and develop customers
• Product & Industry Development:
  Actively identify product-related needs, application trends and industry-specific requirements in the region
• New Market Segments:
  Explore and develop selected new market segments within the territory
• Customer Visits & Market Presence:
  Conduct regular on-site customer visits, prospecting activities and regional networking
• CRM & Reporting:
  Maintain accurate and complete records in Salesforce as well as documenting sales development activities
• Participate enthusiastically in specific projects, team activities, online training portal and attend trade shows

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5 years of proven experience in technical B2B field sales, ideally with responsibility for a defined region or customer portfolio
• Track Record:
  Demonstrated success in developing territories, winning new customers and growing existing accounts
• Technical & Market Understanding:
  Ability to understand technical products, customer applications and industry-specific requirements; electrical engineering knowledge or comparable technical experience is beneficial
• Sales
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong consultative selling, negotiation, closing, presentation and relationship-management capabilities
• Tech Stack:
  Confident use of CRM systems, Microsoft Teams and standard digital sales tools;
  Salesforce experience is advantageous
• Full UK Driving License

• 100% remote working with home-office equipment provided
