Headford Group is working with a leading freight forwarder who is growing its commercial team and is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record in freight forwarding sales.

If youre driven, commercially sharp and confident winning new business, this role offers serious earning potential.

What youll do

Increase markedly the UK customer base and generate Bookings / Revenue and Container support in line with the business plan and growth targets.

Provide unrivalled levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Growth target of 800 FOB controlled containers of new UK derived business in 2026 linked to the cross trades serviced.
