Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing customer accounts, including local customers, suppliers, and trade clients.
• Identifying new business opportunities and increasing sales revenue.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitoring sales performance and preparing regular reports for management.
• Supporting pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer retention initiatives.
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth operations.

• Analysing sales trends, customer demand, and product performance.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, retail, or customer relationship management.
• Experience with in a supermarket, grocery, wholesale, or food retail environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Good IT and analytical skills.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
