The Role of A&D Specification Sales Manager

* A field based, home based role at the heart of the UK's most influential design and architecture community.

* You will promote and specify an elite range of premium flooring products directly to the A&D community, including architects, interior designers, project managers, and design practices shaping the North West's commercial landscape.

* Your projects will span offices, healthcare, and hospitality, high profile commercial builds where design decisions are made early and specification wins carry real weight.

* You will inherit a strong pipeline and the autonomy to build on it, working across some of the region's most exciting live projects.

* You will inherit an area with strong pre-existing relationships with the A&D community.

* You will be the face of the brand at CPD presentations and Lunch & Learns, building the kind of long term specifier relationships that turn into repeat business.

The Candidate for the A&D Specification Sales Manager

* Proven experience specifying interior products directly to architects and interior designers

* A track record of winning and converting A&D specification projects, not just managing existing accounts

* Polished, credible, and comfortable presenting to design practices at the highest level

* Previous experience as a Specification Sales Manager (A&D) is essential

* Up to £60,000 basic, circa £25,000 OTE
