Salary - up to A360k including Base, Commission + Bonus.

Are you a passionate cruise expert with strong leadership skills and a talent for developing others? As a Cruise Sales Team Lead, you'll work from home supporting and training a team of Cruise Sales Agents, helping them build product knowledge, improve sales performance, and deliver exceptional cruise expertise. You'll provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and motivation while leading by example and driving team success.

With access to extensive resources and industry-leading support, you'll play a key role in shaping a high-performing sales team within a fast-growing travel business.

• Lead a team of sales agents.
• Engage with clients via phone, email, social media, and live chat to understand their cruise preferences.
• Provide tailored cruise recommendations, including ancillary products like insurance.
• Participate in promotional activities to increase your client base.
• Utilise social media platforms to convert enquiries into bookings

• Minimum of 2 years experience in leading a travel sales team or 1 Years experience being a store manager at a travel agency
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in travel agency sales, with a strong sales record.
• Excellent knowledge of cruise products and operator reservation systems.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and/or the Google Suite of products including Chrome, Gmail and Sheets etc.
