Megaport is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its Remote UK team. You’ll focus on post-sale relationships, renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a designated UK base as part of the Integrated Accounts Team.
You will partner with Direct Sales Executives and Solution Architects to drive revenue, ensure customer value, and enable customers to adopt Megaport products and ecosystem partners, while championing the customer journey from onboarding to expansion.
