tem is hiring a Growth Lead - Sell Side (Generators) to lead product marketing and growth for the Sell engine, which contracts directly with renewable generators. You will bring new products to market and expand into new geographies with a first-principles, hands-on marketer.
You will own positioning, pricing clarity, and the launch machine, building demand campaigns measured in GWh and leading a small, highly capable marketing team that leverages AI-enabled workflows from day one.
