What you'll be doing

Build and execute growth strategies with strategic technology partners
Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers
Drive adoption of cloud security, compliance, identity and AI solutions across enterprise customers
Support partners in building scalable sales and delivery capabilities
Create and execute joint go-to-market and co-sell plans
Identify new opportunities for partner-led growth and customer transformation
Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and executive-level engagements
Enable secure AI adoption through governance, compliance and security best practices
Collaborate with sales, technical and customer success teams to deliver business outcomes

What you'll bring

Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
Experience in partner management, business development, enterprise sales or solution specialist roles
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity, compliance, cloud technologies or enterprise SaaS solutions
Experience working with strategic partners, channel organisations or ecosystem-led sales models
Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and C-level stakeholders
Proven track record of driving commercial growth and influencing complex stakeholder groups
Strong consultative and relationship management skills
