Talent Tent is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor in a hybrid role based in the UK. The position starts in August 2026, with a base salary of £25,500 and an average monthly bonus of £600–£800. You'll work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 2–3 in-office days each month after training.
Training starts in Nottingham and remote work is supported after the initial period. You'll make outbound sales calls to current, ex-, and potential customers, guiding them to the best insurance options for
