A small, collaborative and fast-growing events and digital media business with a passion for driving forward the sustainability agenda. They have excellent benefits, early Friday finishes, a supportive and driven sales culture and industry leading events.

As Senior Partnerships Manager you would be responsible for selling partnerships across a portfolio of 3 events, as well as their respective websites, all of which serve the sustainable fashion and supply chain sector.

Partnerships can and will include speaking opportunities, expo space, bespoke dinners, receptions, round tables and similar, as well as digital content solutions including webinars, podcasts, online workshops, research and more. Average deal sizes are £30k+ and it is very much a solutions-orientated approach. One of the events sells itself, the second is growing quickly and the third is due to launch shortly, so you would be more focused towards international new business in the shorter term (although you would still earn off all of the rebookings).

• Solutions-orientated sales person with conference sponsorship sales experience (eg not selling set packages of Gold, Silver etc) OR someone with bespoke marketing solutions/media sales experience
• 3-9 years' experience in solutions-orientated sales
• Strong new business legacy
• Ideally average deal values of £30k+
• Outgoing, highly articulate with a strong education
• Passionate about sustainable fashion (desirable)
