About the role Twitch is on the lookout for a dynamic and multilingual individual to join our team as a Creator Outreach Associate Contractor. This position is focused on identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding new talent for our vibrant live streaming platform. The role requires a proactive approach to high-volume outreach, aimed at helping emerging creators kickstart their streaming journeys.

You will oversee the complete relationship lifecycle with these creators before transitioning them to our internal partner management teams for ongoing support.

• Identify and scout for promising new talent across a variety of social media platforms and cultural communities.
• Conduct cold outreach to engage and persuade potential creators to join the Twitch community.
• Stay up-to-date with influencer trends and shifts in digital culture to pinpoint new opportunities for outreach.
• Support new creators through the onboarding process, ensuring they are well-prepared for their first live broadcast.
• Keep meticulous records in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, tracking lead status and interaction history.
• Validate lead information and follower counts to maintain the integrity of the outreach pipeline and avoid duplicate contacts.
• Prepare detailed hand-off notes for Strategic Partner Managers once a creator is established on the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance outreach strategies and improve onboarding processes.
• Analyze outreach metrics to refine engagement strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for improving creator engagement.
• Provide feedback on the onboarding experience from new creators to help optimize future processes.
• Engage with the Twitch community to foster relationships and gather insights on creator needs and preferences.

• Candidates must reside in the United Kingdom and possess legal authorization to work and receive payment throughout the contract duration.
• Proficiency in English is required, along with fluency in at least one of the following languages:
  French, German, or Spanish.
• Previous experience in a role that involves meeting quotas, such as sales, talent scouting, or outreach, is essential.
• A solid understanding of influencer marketing, community management, or lead generation is necessary.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and creator analytics tools is required for effective management of outreach efforts.
• A comprehensive understanding of the creator economy and current trends on platforms like You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, and Twitch is crucial.

• A personal background as a content creator or live streamer would be advantageous.
• Experience with streaming software and hardware is a plus.
• An established professional network of content creators can enhance outreach effectiveness.

• Proficient in CRM management for tracking leads and interactions.
• Familiar with creator analytics tools to assess potential talent.
• Skilled in lead generation techniques to identify and engage new creators.
• Experienced in cold outreach strategies to connect with potential streamers.
• Strong multilingual communication skills, particularly in English and either French, German, or Spanish.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK. It is essential that you have the legal right to work in the UK for the entire duration of the contract, which is set to conclude in mid-December 2026.
