Estate agent sales negotiator

Engage with buyers and sellers to negotiate successful sales Conduct viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm Build strong client relationships based on trust and results Hit targets and celebrate success with a like-minded team

What We’re Looking For:

A self-motivated individual with a hunger to achieve and exceed goals Excellent communication and negotiation skills A proactive attitude and genuine pride in your work Previous experience in property sales is not essential for this role. The salary package will be made up of commission, car allowance and a basic salary. Monthly bonuses will also be in place. On target earnings of £40,000 – £50,000 are a realistic aim.

The hours of work are 8:30am – 6pm Monday to Friday, you will also work 9am – 5pm alternate Saturdays. If you are working Saturday, you will have a work from home half day during the week. Own car essential. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £32,500.00-£50,000.00 per year Benefits:
