As a Valuer/Lister , you will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, generating property listings, and establishing strong relationships across your geographical area. This role would be ideal for someone from a property background or another person-centric industry. Key Duties List and sell residential and land assets through both traditional and modern auction methods. Develop and maintain relationships with estate agents, solicitors, commercial agents, traders, and other key introducers. Conduct property appraisals and valuations while identifying new business opportunities. Promote the brand through networking, marketing initiatives, video property tours, and excellent customer service.

Person Specification Previous experience within the property sector or a people-focused industry such as recruitment, sales, or hospitality. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of generating business independently. Full UK driving licence with a willingness to travel throughout the local area. Benefits Competitive salary from £35,000 per annum plus a generous bonus scheme.
