- Hybrid Reference: WR95146 This hybrid / home based role combines business development, relationship management and negotiation, working with letting agents to secure property stock across multiple London boroughs and surrounding areas. You'll be introducing a proven lettings solution, following up offers, working with pre-vetted applicants and helping agents achieve fast, reliable lets while building long-term commercial partnerships. Full home working is potentially available after the initial probationary period and subject to the candidate's ability to work autonomously.

Build relationships with letting agents across London to generate new business opportunities Introduce agents to the company's property sourcing and tenant placement service Follow up property offers and negotiate successful lettings with agents Work with software systems to identify suitable properties based on specification, location and pricing Liaise with local authorities and internal teams to progress property placements efficiently Consistently achieve weekly property letting targets through proactive business development What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience in residential lettings, estate agency or property business development Confident communicator with strong relationship building skills Proven ability to win new business and develop commercial partnerships Self-motivated and able to work successfully in a hybrid or remote environment Well organised with excellent follow-up and negotiation skills Comfortable working towards weekly and monthly performance targets Full UK driving licence and own vehicle Knowledge of the London lettings market would be highly advantageous Is this the role for you?
