Secarma Ltd is recruiting Sales Development Representatives to join a growing sales team. This entry-to-mid level role focuses on lead generation and booking high-quality meetings, supported by our sales training academy. Progression is available into senior SDR or sales roles as core skills are developed.
The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with flexibility. It offers £28–42k OTE in the first year, uncapped commission, quarterly bonuses, and benefits including
